~ A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required for certain services/packages and will be applied toward your service total.

~ We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules

~ Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

~ More than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a no-show.

~ Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete forms and get settled.

~ Arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could incur a fee.

~ To ensure a relaxing environment, (During facial appointments) only the person receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room.

~ Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.

~ Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before appointment.

~ Certain services may not be suitable if you are pregnant, using retinol, Accutane, antibiotics, or have skin sensitivities.

~ If you arrive sick, with a contagious condition, or with sunburned skin, we may need to reschedule your appointment

~ Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

~ We do not offer refunds on services already performed, but we will work with you to find a solution.

~ Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a partial refund.

~ Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

~ Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

~ Expiration dates (if any) will be clearly stated on the certificate.
